Transition rollovers under the Business Corporations Act

The Business Corporations Act came into force on March 29, 2004. All companies incorporated in British Columbia before March 29, 2004 must be "transitioned" under the Business Corporations Act before March 29, 2006 or they will be struck from the B.C. Register of Companies.
